History was made today where Lauren Murphy finished 3rd in the National Track and Field 800m to win a bronze medal. The first National track and field medal for our young club. She ran very well and got a huge PB of 2:16 in 800m

Liam Hyland had a storming run in the 2000m Steeplechase to finish in 4th place with a new PB

Meanwhile in wicklow Aaron Smith won his mountain race and qualified to run for Ireland in the upcoming Ireland and Britain International Mountain running championships,
