Kick off your 2020 with a positive healthy running programme. The new 10 Week Running Programme is Beginning this Tuesday 7th Jan
The program will focus on teaching

Increase Strength with strength training for runners

Improve flexibility

Improve overall fitness and running economy.

All to improve health to help prevent injuries

Group environment to provide support and encouragement
If you are out of shape and haven't ran in a while, this is the programme for you
What is programme all about?
This 10 week programme is an initiative by Cilles AC to provide beginners and improvers a solid foundation for running and exercising in general, its for both men and women to train with like minded individuals. Runners/joggers will have a support structure where they can enjoy all the benefits of running in a social, safe and organised environment.
Where?
Tesco Bettystown Carpark, the main carpark at the back. Runs will typically be in the bettystown area but may change during the program.
DO NOT PARK IN FRONT CARPARK, YOU MAY GET CLAMPED
When?
Every Tuesday and Thursday evening begining on Tuesday 7th January
What time?
7:30pm sharp.
How much does it cost?
Its free for members, To become a member the cost is €90 for 2020
After the C25K programme you are encouraged to stay on in the club and continue participate in our training, summer league and social events.
After the programme you can join one of the other many groups that run with the club.
If I become a member what do I get for my money?
