It was a tough day at the All Ireland  Indoor track today for Cilles A.C. Both James and Aaron Smith missed out on making the final with respective times of 2:11 & 2;16. 

Lauren had a solid 2:23 2nd placed heat to qualify for the Final. it was a long wait and Lauren made the start line with the top 8. it was a very packed first 400m and Lauren worked hard to stay in touch in a very physical race and battled hard into the final lap where she held 4th place in a time of 2:20. It was an excellent run. Well done all.
